Camil Gosmanov ( is a junior studying Chemical Biosciences and Economics. His involvement in Public Health Discussions began with his interest in improving on-campus nutritional resources and opportunities for students. He has previously taken part in the nutrition and vaping projects in prior semesters.

Outside of PHD, Camil has been researching the transmission and resilience mechanisms of Chagas Disease under the guidance of Dr. Laura-Isobel McCall. Other campus involvements include serving as the recruitment chair for OU Club Tennis and on the publicity committee for the Pre-medical Professions Club. Promoting broader awareness, education, and on-campus opportunities for improving personal health is one of his goals as a PHD consultant.
