In Fall 2019, PHD identified many concerns about the quality of nutrition available to students. They found that students had limited information and limited knowledge regarding the available nutrition options at OU, especially freshman students and those with meal plans. The consultants decided to work on a project that would focus on tackling misunderstanding regarding the qualities of food and researched the quality of food at OU. This research was then converted into a concise pamphlet detailing the quality of food at OU and how best to navigate eating on campus.
